Reservation
  • All catering service reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability. Short-notice reservations may be subject to limited menu options or additional fees.
  • A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.
  • The minimum guest count for catering services is 30 persons. If your guest count falls below this number, a minimum service fee will apply.
  • Final menu selections must be submitted no later than 15 days before the event. Menu changes after this deadline may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated.
  • A guaranteed final guest count is required 7 days before the event. This number will be the minimum charged, even if fewer guests attend. If the guest count increases, additional charges will apply.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Late payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made 10 days prior to the event will result in a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will result in a 15% charge of the total cost.
  • Catering services are provided for a maximum of 6 hours. Additional hours will be charged at an overtime rate of 30% per hour, based on staff availability.
  • All food and beverages must be provided by the catering service unless otherwise agreed upon. Any outside food or beverage may result in additional fees or void warranties for service quality.
  • We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and allergen-free options. Please provide dietary requests at least 7 days in advance.
  • The catering service is not responsible for any damage to the venue or personal belongings during the event. Any damage caused by guests will be the responsibility of the client.
  • A service charge of 15% will be added to all catering orders. Gratuities for catering staff are not included and are appreciated at the client’s discretion.
  • In compliance with food safety regulations, leftover food cannot be packaged for takeout after the event. Any remaining food will be discarded.
  • If alcohol is served, the client must comply with all local liquor laws and regulations. A licensed bartender may be required for all events serving alcohol.
  • Any changes to the reservation, including time, location, or guest count, must be made in writing and approved by the catering service at least 10 days before the event. Changes may affect the pricing and service availability.
